A Mini House For....
Rooted in Pasadena
Pasadena has long been known for its traditional Craftsman-style homes. This design draws from that legacy—honoring the spirit of craftsmanship while embracing contemporary woodworking in a modern way.

This house is our living experiment—an exploration of human-centered, experience-driven design that considers not just the people, but their pets, passions, and daily rituals.
We also aim to push the boundaries of precision and craftsmanship in woodworking, within the context of Type V construction.

Luxury isn’t about excess—it’s about intention. We’ve found that the most meaningful customization often lies in the layout itself: a reading nook, a private yoga deck, a generous bath designed for your favorite tub. These features don’t demand a bigger budget, just smarter planning.
In the U.S., personalized design is often priced out of reach. That’s why we don’t simply build—we make. We aren’t a typical design-build firm, nor an exclusive custom builder. Our focus is on finding cost-effective, project-specific solutions—and using our millwork expertise to craft details that bring lasting joy and identity to a space.
